Blue chip client requires an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst with Telecoms - WAN * TCPIP (DNS, Proxy, Routing) * VPN and Servers (Citrix, W2K). You will be required to provide second line support on operating sites throughout Europe, so the technical environment is challenging. The team are responsible for managing service interruptions (critical situation management) user and server management as well as escalation support for end user queries. A wide range of technologies are supported and familiarity of working in a team that supports systems and users within an enterprise level organisation would be an advantage. In particular, knowledge*support of some of the following would be desirable: Lotus Notes, Backup Exec 9, HP Open View Storage Data Protector, Netware.
